Following a dynamic first day, the V|LF-Spiro3D Consortium shifted gears to the bustling economic district of La Défense in Paris for the second day of the consortium meeting. Hosted at the offices of Siemens Healthineers, the day was dedicated to comprehensive discussions and strategic planning aimed at advancing the project’s objectives.
Kicking off the day’s proceedings, Xavier Maître, the project’s Scientific Director, provided a compelling introduction, setting the stage for an intensive day ahead. The primary focus was to review progress across all Work Packages (WPs) of the project, with presentations followed by in-depth discussions. This not only served to assess the current status of the project but also to prepare for the upcoming Review Meeting in mid-May with experts from the European Union.
As the day progressed, the spotlight turned to exploring avenues for exploiting project results, with a thought-provoking debate led by the Technology Transfer Accelerator Office (SATT) and project partners. This session aimed to identify the most promising pathways for V|LF-Spiro3D’s outcomes, laying the groundwork for future endeavors.
Wrapping up the substantive discussions, the consortium had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the cultural richness of Paris with a visit to the iconic Palais Garnier, home to the Paris Opera.
