Clinical studies

Altogether, eleven clinical research protocols at standard fields (1.5 T and 3 T) and low- and very low-fields are planned in V|LF-Spiro3D with 145 healthy adults and children, 240 adult and 90 child patients to amount to 570 lung function tests, 210 forced oscillation tests, 240 PREFUL, 60 4D flow MRI, 1470 MRI-compatible standard spirometry and 1780 3D MR spirometry datasets. Besides, the subject’s experience will be probed on 80 subjects in a thirteenth protocol through 160 surveys and 80 interviews.
