February 20th, 2025 – AMT and BioMaps workshop on low fields

The BioMaps team spent a few days visiting the AMT team’s facilities at the University of Aberdeen. The programme included a visit to their new facilities with their various scanners and a workshop on low-field MRI (sequences, image reconstruction, RF and detection electronics). 

The visit was perfectly timed to test AMT latest developments and acquire the first dynamic lung images at 0.1T with their newly recommissioned whole-body system!
