NMRS

NMR SERVICE manufactures magnetic resonance probes, accessories, and services. The company is based in Erfurt in the centre of Germany and serve customers worldwide. For more than 20 years, their solutions have been based on nuclear magnetic/quadrupole resonance (NMR/NQR) and related techniques. NMRS develops and manufactures customised hardware and software solutions for solid state research under extreme conditions including in situ/operando NMR approaches in solid-state/materials chemistry and battery research.

NMRS role in V|LF-Spiro3D

In Work Package 3 (WP3), NMRS is leading the design and manufacture of original transcouplers and pre-amplifiers for V|LF MRI at 8.4 MHz, 4.2 MHz, and lower frequencies.

V|LF-Spiro3D aims at developing and validating a new modality for spatially resolved, 3D lung structure and function characterization using cost-effective small-footprint, low and very-low MRI technology.
